Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Tele Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about hospital services, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain positive relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up on inquiries.
- Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about hospital services.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain call records and update patient details in the system.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, and feedback.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for patient requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Address patient queries professionally and courteously.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
Requirements
- Any Graduate (Preferred).
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Tele Calling, Customer Service, or Call Center
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
