The Modern Circle is looking for a sincere, energetic, and responsible Marketing Executive to join our growing Architecture & Interior Design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into meetings and business opportunities.
- Handle day-to-day marketing activities and client communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the design and management teams for smooth execution.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
- Create basic marketing creatives using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities when required.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
- Sincere, responsible, and committed to achieving targets.
