About the Role
We are hiring French C1 Language Interpreters to facilitate accurate and effective communication between French and English speakers. This is a permanent remote (Work From Home) opportunity with a competitive salary, structured training, and excellent career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time interpretation between French and English during voice interactions.
- Interpret conversations accurately while maintaining tone, meaning, and context.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company quality standards.
- Document interactions as required and follow operational guidelines.
- Deliver professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- French language proficiency at C1 level is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Freshers with strong French language skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Interpretation, Translation, Localization, Customer Support, or an International Voice Process is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working rotational or night shifts.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional Work From Home setup.
