Core Responsibilities
- On-Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring team deliverables align with predefined project plans, scope, and brand standards.
- Team & Resource Management: Delegate daily tasks to staff, manage junior personnel, and oversee subcontractors.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Perform periodic site inspections to maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and electrical regulations. Resolve any non-conformance issues.
- Budget & Procurement: Track site expenses, verify bills, and order materials through the project manager to prevent work interruptions and cost overruns.
- Stakeholder Communication: Lead progress-review meetings and compile status reports for project managers, clients, and upper management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or operations role.
- Hard Skills: Strong understanding of operational procedures, procurement, and project tracking tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
