Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Spanish Bilingual Translator to join our US Banking Process team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong Spanish and English communication skills, with the ability to translate and interpret conversations, documents, emails, and customer interactions accurately. This role requires excellent customer handling abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to support smooth communication between Spanish-speaking clients and internal teams.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle communication with Spanish-speaking customers and clients professionally.
- Translate and interpret conversations, emails, chats, documents, numbers, series, and financial amounts between Spanish and English.
- Provide real-time language interpretation support during customer interactions when required.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Maintain accurate bilingual records, reports, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with process guidelines.
- Support the team in maintaining service quality and achieving operational targets.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling banking-related information.

Job Specification
Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline preferred.
- Mandatory certification in Spanish language (B2 level or above).
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent translation and interpretation abilities.
- Good understanding of customer service and international process operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in communication.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in BPO, customer support, translation, interpretation, or international processes will be an added advantage.
