Job Title: Manager Project Sales (IMW)
Job location: Delhi
Work days: Mon-Fri
Key responsibilities:
Manage Revenue, P&L, Budget & Team Management
- Assist Director – Business Development by way of achieving budgeted India Numbers YoY.
- Produce State of Art events by way of how to be & how to look show.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for government and public sector clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities through RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
- Manage end-to-end bidding process, including documentation, pricing, and submission.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) for proposal development.
- Track pipelines and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Participate in government exhibitions, vendor registrations, and empanelment processes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage post-award execution support.
Experience
- MBA is desired, but not essential.
- B2B Publications, exhibitions sales experience desired.
- Government sales.
- Research based sales.
- Attitude & Aptitude towards concept sales.
- Public Relations with PSU's, government is desired.
- Go-getter mind set.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
