We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and grow our online communities. In this role, you will own the social media strategy from conception to execution, turning brand goals into engaging content and measurable growth. The ideal candidate brings exactly 3+ years of professional experience managing brand channels and possesses a deep understanding of audience psychology, platform algorithms, and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the social content calendar, collaborating with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality videos, graphics, and copy.
- Community Engagement: Lead community management efforts, establishing a consistent brand voice while interacting with followers, influencers, and industry peers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, conversion) using analytics tools to optimize future campaigns.
- Trend & Algorithm Adaptation: Monitor emerging social trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related agency/in-house role.
