We are India's first certified eco-friendly cloth diaper brand, trusted by over 2 million parents. Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us; it's at the core of everything we do.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across formats, fast. Someone who understands what makes a parent pause, feel something, and engage.
What you'll do:
- Turn photoshoot images into full-fledged launch campaigns
- Create ads and content pieces for performance marketing and other collaterals. Design social media content aligned with trends.
- Work on website banners, landing pages, and listing images.
- Adapt one core idea into multiple formats across channels.
- Collaborate with content, performance, and retention teams.
- Maintain consistency while exploring new visual directions. Be quick with iterations. Bring your own ideas to the table.
What we're looking for:
Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Sharp eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy.
Understanding of performance vs brand creatives.
Ability to think in hooks and translate visually.
Ability to take feedback and iterate fast.
Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
4 or more years of relevant experience, Familiarity with AI tools.
Work setup:
Full-time, on-site at our Mumbai base.
