Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned, highly mature HR & Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day dealership administration and human resource management. This is a critical leadership position requiring an individual with long-term vision, exceptional stability, and the ability to proactively streamline dealership operations
.Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 20+ years of robust experience in core human resources, administration, or office operations (Automobile dealership experience is a major plus).
- Age Demographics: Above 40 years of age.
- Geographic Preference: Residents close to or within the Hadapsar, Pune area.
Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Talent Management: Oversee recruitment pipelines, execute professional employee onboarding, and implement retention strategies.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage flawless execution of employee paperwork, background checks, attendance tracking, and official dealership documentation.
- Proactive Operational Control: Formulate and execute daily operational action plans to ensure smooth day-to-day HR workflows across the showroom and workshop.
- Grievance & Administration: Serve as the central point of contact for employee issues, operational bottlenecks, and administrative policy compliance.
