About the Role:
- The Supplier Data Maintenance Analyst is responsible for end to end supplier onboarding and ongoing supplier master data maintenance in Coupa.
- This role ensures data accuracy, compliance, duplication control, and timely updates to supplier records in line with procurement and finance governance.
- The incumbent will work closely with suppliers, procurement, AP, and compliance teams to support smooth P2P operations
Required Skills
- Hands on experience in Coupa Supplier Onboarding / Supplier Information Management (SIM) – mandatory
- Strong understanding of Supplier Master Data concepts
- Knowledge of P2P / Source to Pay process
- Familiarity with bank and tax validation requirements
- Working knowledge of Excel for tracking, validation, and reporting
- Ability to handle repetitive transactional work with consistency
Key Responsibilities
- Execute new supplier onboarding in Coupa, including supplier profile creation and activation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure completion of onboarding forms and submission of mandatory documents (bank, tax, compliance).
- Validate supplier details before activation and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
- Perform duplicate supplier checks and ensure correct supplier status (new vs existing).
- Maintain audit trails and supporting documents within Coupa SIM.
- Perform supplier data updates and amendments (address, contacts, banking, tax, status changes).
- Handle supplier block, unblock, and deactivation requests as per defined SLAs and inactivity rules.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of supplier master data across Coupa.
- Support periodic weekly/monthly audits of supplier additions and changes.
