The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selecting the best talent. The role also involves maintaining candidate relationships and ensuring a positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements with department managers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals and social media.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Conduct reference and background checks, where applicable.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with salary negotiations.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and employment regulations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Work in an office or hybrid/remote environment, depending on company policy.
- Standard business hours, with flexibility during peak hiring periods.
- May require attending job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and hiring events.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
