We're looking for a Social Media Manager who's ready to own their role not just execute tasks, but think, plan, and deliver results. If you are a fresher or looking for internship, please do not apply.
This role reports to a senior, but independence is expected from day one. You are responsible for your accounts, your deadlines, and the quality of your output. When challenges arise and they will we expect you to walk in with a solution, not just a problem.
What you'll be doing:
— Managing and growing multiple social media accounts
— Building and executing monthly content calendars
— Creating content on Canva this is non-negotiable
— Tracking performance metrics and reporting growth every month
— Running basic Meta Ads and boosting posts when needed
— Staying on top of trends and adapting content accordingly
What we need from you:
— Minimum 1 year of hands-on social media management experience
— Strong working knowledge of Canva you should be fast and confident with it
— Ability to handle multiple accounts without dropping the ball
— Understands analytics reach, engagement, growth and can act on them
— Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
— A problem-solver's mindset we want solutions, not just status updates
