CRM Manager / Sales Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Manager / Sales Team Leader to join our educational institution. The candidate will be responsible for managing student inquiries, leading the admissions counseling team, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring admission targets are achieved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and supervise the admissions/sales counseling team.
* Manage and monitor CRM activities, lead allocation, and follow-ups.
* Ensure timely response to student and parent inquiries.
* Track admissions conversions and team performance.
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
* Coordinate with academic and administrative departments.
* Develop strategies to increase student enrollments and conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).
* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in CRM, Admissions, Education Counseling, or Sales Team Management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
* Ability to achieve targets and manage a team effectively.
* Experience in the education sector is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
