Events Team Intern – Job Description
About the Role
Frutta is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Events Team Interns to join our team in Chennai. This is an opportunity for students and aspiring event professionals to gain hands-on, on-ground experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, organized, a good communicator, and willing to take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced event environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion.
- Support the team in managing on-ground event activities, ensuring smooth execution.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, service providers, and internal team members.
- Assist with venue visits, event setup, registrations, logistics, and event-day operations.
- Support the team in preparing event-related checklists, schedules, materials, and documentation.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Assist in managing event requirements, supplies, and logistics.
- Handle on-ground responsibilities during events and help resolve operational challenges.
- Contribute ideas for improving event experiences and engagement activities.
- Support post-event activities, including feedback collection, documentation, and reporting.
- Take up additional responsibilities as required to ensure successful event execution.
