Job Summary
Gravita Oasis Review Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a US Voice Process Executive with excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling US-based voice processes. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients, managing calls, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication with US healthcare agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients and healthcare agencies.
- Follow up on pending tasks, queries, and status updates.
- Maintain professional communication and phone etiquette.
- Record call details and update internal systems accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requirements.
- Meet call quality and productivity standards.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in a US Voice Process or International BPO.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in US Healthcare or Home Health processes.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient data confidentiality.
- Experience with RingCentral or similar calling platforms.
