Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Dispatch Incharge to manage the checking and timely dispatch of products from our factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Check all products and stock before dispatch.
- Match products and quantities with the bill/invoice.
- Ensure there is no shortage or mismatch in the dispatch.
- Ensure products are loaded into vehicles on time.
- Re-check products and quantities during loading.
- Coordinate with drivers and loading staff.
- Maintain a basic daily dispatch record.
- Report any shortage, mismatch or damaged products.
- Ensure dispatch is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Experience in dispatch, warehouse or stock handling is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of stock and bill/invoice checking.
- Responsible, active and detail-oriented.
- Basic mobile/computer knowledge preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in a night shift.
- Staying at the factory premises is compulsory.
