We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Desktop Operator / Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, be comfortable handling office work, and possess strong communication skills in English. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day computer and office work. Check and reply to emails professionally. Maintain Excel sheets and office records. Perform basic accounting entries in Tally. Create or edit basic drawings in AutoCAD (2D/3D). Work with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Prepare reports, documents, and data as required. Coordinate with team members and clients through email and phone. Required Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to check and respond to emails daily. Good written and spoken English. Good typing speed and attention to detail. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn. Preferred Qualifications 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma. Freshers are welcome if they have the required computer skills. Previous office or desktop support experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
