Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests courteously and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, describe dishes, and highlight wellness-based food and beverage options.
- Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding special dietary requests or allergies.
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset for the next service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times.
- Refill water, serve herbal teas, and assist with buffet service when required.
- Support the team in inventory checks, stock maintenance, and service preparation (mise-en-place).
- Handle guest feedback politely and inform the supervisor of any service concerns.
- Follow all wellness, safety, and hygiene protocols of the retreat.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management / F&B Service.
- 1–2 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a luxury resort, wellness retreat, or hospital setup.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards and table etiquette.
- Awareness of nutrition, herbal drinks, and healthy menu concepts (preferred).
- Pleasant personality with a guest-oriented approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
