Job Summary:The Interior Designer will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts, creating drawings and presentations, coordinating with vendors and site teams, and ensuring smooth project execution from design to handover. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Visualizing and designing interior space of Residential apartments/ Villas based on the budget specification of client.
- Meet clients and understand their design requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and material selections.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup
- Create 2D and 3D designs using design software.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, carpenters, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and execution monitoring.
- Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist clients in selecting laminates, finishes, colors, and accessories.
- Prepare client presentations and design proposals.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Handle design revisions and client feedback professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
- Client Servicing Soft spoken and confident to deal with clients.
- Working in collaborative teams & directly with stakeholders to implement designs.

Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of site execution and BOQ preparation is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
