Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer who can transform raw content and SME inputs into engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong instructional design knowledge, content structuring skills, and the ability to design learner-centric training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze training requirements and learning objectives
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content inputs
- Design instructional strategies and learning journeys
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and eLearning content
- Create engaging assessments, activities, and knowledge checks
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Work closely with visual designers and developers for course production
- Ensure content quality, learner engagement, and instructional effectiveness
- Adapt and localize learning content when required
- Stay updated with current learning trends and digital learning practices
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instructional Design principles
- Experience in storyboard creation and content structuring
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and Bloom’s Taxonomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into engaging learning content
- Familiarity with eLearning tools and LMS platforms is an added advantage
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, English, Psychology, HR, Mass Communication, or related field
- Prior experience in eLearning, content development, or instructional design preferred
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
