We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with development skills who can manage our servers, cloud infrastructure, deployments, security, monitoring, and CI/CD.
This is primarily a DevOps role, but the candidate should also be comfortable reading code, troubleshooting applications, working with APIs, and making small changes in Python/backend applications.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS, Hostinger VPS, Cloudflare, Cloudflare R2, Docker, Linux, NGINX, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production and development servers and infrastructure.
- Manage AWS services and Hostinger VPS.
- Manage Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2.
- Deploy and maintain Python/FastAPI, Node.js, React, and other applications.
- Configure Linux, NGINX, DNS, SSL/TLS, reverse proxy, and networking.
- Monitor server performance, uptime, logs, CPU, RAM, and disk usage.
- Troubleshoot production and deployment issues.
- Maintain backups and recovery processes.
- Manage server access, SSH keys, credentials, and security.
- Improve infrastructure reliability and performance.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Automate application deployments and repetitive tasks.
- Manage development, staging, and production environments.
- Securely manage environment variables and secrets.
- Build and maintain Docker images and Docker Compose configurations.
- Troubleshoot Docker, networking, server, and application issues.

Practical Evaluation
The selection process may include practical questions or tasks related to:
- Deploying an application on a Linux VPS.
- Configuring NGINX reverse proxy.
- Setting up DNS and HTTPS.
- Dockerizing an application.
- Creating a basic CI/CD pipeline.
- Configuring Cloudflare and R2.
- Troubleshooting a production deployment.

Success in This Role
You will be successful if you can independently manage and improve our infrastructure.
Your responsibilities will include keeping production systems stable, making deployments reliable and automated, resolving infrastructure issues quickly, maintaining servers and cloud resources, managing backups and security, monitoring costs, automating repetitive work, and documenting infrastructure.
Key Requirement: We need a DevOps-first engineer who can own infrastructure and is also comfortable working with application code when required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
