HR Executive – Job Description (Travel Company)
Position: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Schedule and conduct interviews for Travel Consultant and other positions.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
- Coordinate employee training and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in payroll coordination and salary-related processes.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is preferred.
