Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of client projects. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve productivity, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily business operations.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize project execution.
- Manage Processing, Quality Control, Client Coordination, and Administrative functions.
- Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and quality metrics.
- Develop and improve operational SOPs and workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of all client projects.
- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
- Manage departmental budgets and operational resources.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and team development.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Technology teams to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations or Process Management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting.

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract
Probation: 3 Months
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
