Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Revenue Ownership
- Take complete responsibility for sales numbers and monthly revenue targets
- Drive conversions from leads to paid candidates
- Ensure consistent growth in enrolments
Lead Conversion
- Manage incoming leads from digital marketing campaigns
- Design effective follow-up systems
- Personally close high-value candidates
Sales Team Leadership
- Lead, guide, and monitor tele calling and counselling team
- Improve daily call performance and conversion ratios
- Conduct daily sales reviews and strategy discussions
- Share daily reports with the Director
Candidate Counselling
- Guide candidates regarding overseas job opportunities
- Explain job process, documentation, and timelines clearly
- Handle objections and close enrolments confidently
Sales Process Management
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups
- Maintain sales discipline within the team
- Ensure accountability across the sales funnel

Ideal Candidate
- 4-10 years experience in sales / counselling / recruitment sales
