Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ManageEngine SDK Developer with 4+ years of experience in developing, customizing, and integrating ManageEngine solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building custom integrations, extensions, workflows, and automation solutions using ManageEngine APIs, SDKs, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations between ManageEngine products and enterprise applications.
- Design and implement custom solutions using ManageEngine SDKs, REST APIs, and extension frameworks.
- Create custom workflows, business rules, widgets, and plugins.
- Automate IT service management and operational processes.
- Integrate ManageEngine platforms with ERP, CRM, HRMS, monitoring, and third-party systems.
- Develop and optimize API-based applications and services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration-related issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and solution architects.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of developed solutions.
Required Skills
- 4 years of software development and integration experience.
- Hands-on experience with ManageEngine products such as:
ServiceDesk Plus
Endpoint Central
OpManager
ADManager Plus
ADAudit Plus (preferred)
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with API authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, API Keys, Tokens).
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of ITSM processes and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Preferred Skills
- Experience developing custom widgets and extensions within ManageEngine platforms.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Identity & Access Management, and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to scripting technologies such as PowerShell or Bash.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
