We are looking for a passionate sales Manager to join our team. The responsibilities include generating leads, key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
- 3+ years of sales experience. (Preference showroom sales)
- Demonstrable experience as in sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
- Responsible for training and motivating sales staff.
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator.
