Core Roles & Responsibilities
- Multi-Chat Management: Efficiently manage up to 3 concurrent chat sessions without compromising on response quality.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Guide customers through step-by-step digital solutions for smart home hardware, Wi-Fi connectivity, and security panels.
- Account & Billing Support: Handle billing inquiries, process subscription updates, and verify account security credentials.
- Metric Ownership: Meet critical daily performance goals including Average Response Time (ART), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Quick Problem Solving: Utilize internal knowledge bases and canned responses smartly while personalizing answers for each user.
Required Skills
- High-speed multitasking and strong computer navigation skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling multiple client queries.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to troubleshoot technical bugs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
