Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Convert customer inquiries and leads into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maximize conversions and repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and offers.
- Handle customer queries, provide accurate product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain lead and customer records accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
