Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead client delivery and internal initiatives with strong structure, accountability, and technical understanding.

This role requires someone who can work closely with engineering teams, clients, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

You will partner with senior technical leads and drive delivery across modern technology stacks including web, cloud, and AI-enabled development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Delivery

Own project delivery from kickoff to release.
Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Translate business requirements into clear delivery plans.
Act as a technical point of contact for clients.

Project & Delivery Management

Build structured roadmaps, sprint plans, and milestones.
Track delivery metrics such as timelines, budget, and quality.
Run regular project reviews and status updates.

Technical Collaboration

Work closely with engineering teams on architecture discussions.
Understand APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps workflows, and modern development practices.
Support technical planning and estimation.

AI-Native Delivery

Encourage teams to use AI tools to improve productivity.
Stay updated on AI-driven development workflows.

Team Leadership

Remove blockers and enable team productivity.
Promote structured communication and ownership.
Support collaboration between US clients and India engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in technology roles with strong project ownership experience.
Technical background in software development or engineering delivery.
Experience managing client-facing software projects.
Strong communication skills with global stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and delivery metrics.
Understanding of modern stacks (React, Node.js, Python, .NET, Cloud, APIs).

Nice to Have

Experience in services or consulting environments.
Exposure to AI/ML or AI-assisted development workflows.
PMP, CSM, or similar certifications.
Experience working with distributed teams.

Not a coordination-only role.
Not a pure developer role.
Not a non-technical project manager.
