We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression for visitors, handle phone calls, manage appointments, and assist with daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where applicable.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate communication.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
