Position Overview
We are looking for a well-organised, confident and proactive HR Cum Office Assistant to support our HR functions and day-to-day office administration. The successful candidate will also assist with event-related coordination, staff scheduling and communication with employees, clients, vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Staff Management
- Assist with recruitment, job postings, candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records and staff timesheets.
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction.
- Handle general employee queries and HR-related matters.
- Assist with staff rosters and event staffing requirements.
- Coordinate staff training and development.
- Support performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration.
- Answer phone calls, emails and general enquiries.
- Welcome clients, suppliers and visitors professionally.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations and other documents.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage office supplies and stationery.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and service providers.
- Assist management with administrative tasks.
Event Management Support
- Assist the operations team with event schedules and staff coordination.
- Maintain event-related documents, checklists and staff information.
- Communicate event requirements to relevant staff.
- Assist with event logistics and coordination when required.
- Support the team during major events and functions.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and contractors as directed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years' experience in HR, administration or office management preferred.
- Experience in an event management or hospitality environment will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
