Shine Serenity, a premium salon in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, is looking for a passionate and talented Junior Hair Stylist to join our growing team.
Position: Junior Hair Stylist
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Location: Shine Serenity, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, hair wash, blow-drying, and basic styling.
- Assist senior stylists with advanced hair services.
- Provide hair spa and basic hair treatments.
- Recommend suitable hair care products and services to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a great salon experience.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Hair Stylist or Junior Hair Stylist.
- Good knowledge of haircuts, styling, and basic hair treatments.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and willing to learn new trends and techniques.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
