Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Executive Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the sales, communication, and client management skills of Account Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new hires, conducting sales training sessions, and ensuring continuous performance improvement across the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for Account Executives.
- Conduct onboarding and induction training for new team members.
- Train employees on sales techniques, client relationship management, negotiation, and product knowledge.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Create training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning modules.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend development plans.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training with business objectives.
- Track and report training effectiveness and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or account management.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners.
- Experience with CRM tools and training platforms is preferred.
