We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organized HR Recruiter who can efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process and coordinate effectively with hiring managers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and experience hiring for multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with different teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding support.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills
- 6 Months to 1 Year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Excellent coordination and team management skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring platforms.
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience hiring for E-commerce, Digital Marketing, IT, or Corporate roles is a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
