Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Education Counselor to join our Waraseoni office. The candidate will be responsible for counseling parents and students, explaining course offerings, and supporting the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel parents and students regarding educational programs
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Follow up with interested leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Provide excellent pre- and post-enrollment support
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- Experience: 0–3 years in counseling, tele-calling, or sales (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
