About the Role
TripRoadie is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting travel packages, and converting leads into bookings. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Share trip itineraries, package details, and pricing information with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- A passion for travel and customer service.
- Prior experience in travel sales is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or sales will be an advantage.
