Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community.
- Optimize content based on analytics and performance metrics.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, growth, and conversions, and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and platform updates.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, if applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (2+ years preferred) as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
Office Time- 10:00-7:00 PM
Working Days- 6 Days
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
