- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on client job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support bulk hiring and BPO recruitment requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
- Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements.
Pay: ₹10,280.93 - ₹42,090.97 per month
