Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, conduits, switchboards, motors, generators, and industrial control systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in industrial machinery using testing devices (multimeters, ohmmeters) to identify faults in circuits and components.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and testing of electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols, electrical codes, and regulations while working with high-voltage systems.
- Technical Planning: Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to guide installation or repairs.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Completion of an apprenticeship program and/or Journeyman electrician certification.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in industrial systems, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and high-voltage equipment.
- Physical Aptitude: Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and lift heavy equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills for diagnosing complex electrical faults
- ITI ELECTRICAL FRESHER OR 0-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES ONLY PREFERRED.
