Business Development & Real Estate Acquisition
The Business Development Manager & Real Estate Acquisitions is responsible for identifying and acquiring prime real estate properties for purpose-built student accommodation. This role involves developing and executing strategies for business growth, market expansion, and real estate acquisitions. The manager will lead negotiations, assess market trends, and build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors. Additionally, the role includes conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new real estate opportunities aligned with business growth objectives.
- Lead the acquisition process from sourcing to closing, including negotiations and contract management.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to evaluate potential properties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and investors.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare financial models and forecasts to support investment decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting real estate acquisitions.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s footprint in target markets.
- Report on acquisition progress and performance against targets to senior management.
