Job Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to prepare engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs and technical documentation required for manufacturing and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare GA, fabrication, assembly and detailed mechanical drawings.
- Develop drawings based on customer and project requirements.
- Prepare BOMs and material specifications.
- Define dimensions and tolerances as required.
- Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Purchase and Project teams.
- Modify drawings based on approved changes.
- Maintain drawing revisions and records.
- Provide technical clarification to production and site teams.
- Ensure designs are practical and suitable for manufacturing.
- Support resolution of design and fabrication-related issues.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of mechanical design experience.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good AutoCAD skills.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings and fabrication.
- Experience in BOM preparation.
- Understanding of dimensions and tolerances.
- 3D CAD knowledge will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
