Position: Plastic Injection Moulding – Production Engineer.
We are looking for a technically strong Production Engineer competent, disciplined, who can upgrade our production standards.
Industry: LED Light Housing Experience Required: 5–7 Years
We are a 25-year-old established Plastic Injection Moulding manufacturing fully automated unit specializing in LED Light Housing.
· 25 Injection Moulding Machines equipped with Robots for Shot Picking · Conveyorized Material Flow to Packing
· Strong focus on Process Control & Productivity
Key Responsibilities
· Improve Cycle Time & Productivity · Reduce Rejection & Process Variation
· Strong understanding of Plastic Injection Moulding Process
· Knowledge of Mould Maintenance & Preventive Systems
· Supervise robotic pickers & conveyor system
· Troubleshoot process defects (short shot, burn marks, sink marks, flash, warpage, silver streaks, etc.)
· Maintain discipline and production documentation
· Optimize machine parameters scientifically
· Lead manpower efficiently
Qualification Requirements
· Diploma / ITI / BE in Plastic / Mechanical (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of mould setting & process optimization
-Knowledge of raw materials (PC, ABS, PP, Nylon etc.)
- Experience in LED housing or thin wall moulding preferred
· Salary ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month
(Growth depending on experience & performance capability)
