Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates or early-career professionals to join our team as BIM Engineer – Mechanical. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on challenging projects while developing expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing.
- Collaborate with senior BIM Modelers, Mechanical Engineers, Project Coordinators, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems into building models.
- Participate in clash detection and coordination activities to ensure seamless project execution.
- Generate shop drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
- Follow established BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
- Actively participate in training and mentoring programs to enhance technical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in mechanical systems.
- Basic knowledge of BIM software such as Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the BIM field.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- BIM-related coursework or certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹59,620.10 per month
