Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.
- Target-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Industry: Furniture, Interior, Home Décor, Retail, or Luxury Sales.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
