Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Project Head to lead end-to-end marketplace operations with expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Vendor Management, Warehouse Operations, AMS & other E Commerce Sites. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central.
- Oversee product listings, catalogue management, pricing, inventory, and account health.
- Manage Ads, promotions, and campaign performance (ROAS, ACOS, CTR, etc.).
- Handle vendor relationships, SLA management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage warehouse inward & outward operations, inventory reconciliation, and stock planning.
- Oversee order processing, invoicing, purchase orders (PO), returns, and reverse logistics.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, logistics, and technology teams for seamless operations.
- Lead e-commerce projects, process improvements, and AMS (Application Maintenance & Support).
- Monitor business KPIs, prepare reports, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational standards.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations
- Experience in Advertising

- PO handling, invoicing, returns, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills
- Experience with ERP/WMS/OMS systems is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Operations, Vendor Management, and Project Management.
- Prior experience managing E-Commerce marketplace operations is mandatory.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
