Job Summary
Abhinandan Bajaj is looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception desk and maintain a pleasant front-office environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule customer appointments for vehicle sales and service.
- Maintain visitor records and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for customer support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with basic administrative and office tasks.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers as required.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduation.
- 0–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or front office (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
