About the Role
Purple Circle – Performance Marketing Agency is looking for a proactive and results-driven Outreach Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client outreach, and business development, with the ability to build strong relationships and generate quality business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through multiple outreach channels.
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other lead generation platforms.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate outreach records and CRM data.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in Outreach, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
