- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms using Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, delivery, and project performance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decision-making for the Sales and Delivery teams.
- Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to address specific business questions and provide timely information to leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools.
- Design and develop compelling and visually engaging presentations in PowerPoint for sales pitches, client meetings, internal updates, and executive reviews.
- Translate complex data and information into clear, concise, and impactful visuals.
- Maintain and update existing presentation templates to ensure brand consistency and professional standards.
- Serve as the in-house expert for Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and potentially other MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Assist the Sales team in preparing data-driven proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for reporting and presentation purposes.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure data systems meet the needs of the Sales and Delivery teams.
- Advanced formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, array formulas).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
