We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-centric Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage our early morning customer engagement. This is a remote/flexible part-time position ideal for early risers, students, or professionals looking to utilize their morning hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Early Morning Support: Promptly respond to and manage customer queries, orders, and feedback via chat during the 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM window.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, positive relationships with our subscribers and community members by delivering a warm, helpful service experience.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our healthy lifestyle brand values in every interaction, ensuring clear and enthusiastic communication.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate internally to resolve customer delivery or order issues efficiently during morning operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a polite, professional, and friendly tone.
- High responsiveness and punctuation—must be fully active and online strictly by 6:00 AM.
- Proficiency in handling WhatsApp Business or standard chat-based customer service tools.
- Fluency in English and the local language (Telugu/Hindi) is a strong plus for handling Hyderabad-based clientele.
- A laptop/smartphone and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
