Customer Support Executive (Jewelery Industry)

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product details, order placement, and payment-related queries
- Handle shipping updates, delivery tracking, returns, and exchanges
- Guide customers throughout the online purchasing journey
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of customer service or e-commerce (preferred)
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work 6 days a week in a day shift
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to CRM or helpdesk tools
- Basic understanding of shipping and order fulfillment processes
- Interest in e-commerce and online retail operations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
